When we began the process, I knew exactly what I wanted a warm, inviting environment, something that comfortably integrated all of the elements of a school without coming across as cold or institutional. And what we got from Southampton Homes surpassed our expectations.

I witnessed the building go up; I saw the grade of materials they used and the quality of their work. Their craftspeople are excellent, and we're still getting a lot of compliments on our building.

The school just opened in August of 2002, and now our enrollment is at capacity. The children just love the new building, and our teachers and parents are all so happy with it. We are very satisfied with Southampton Homes."

"When our family moved to Houston, we searched exhaustively for a home that fit our criteria. We found a number of fine homes in the West University area, but even after we narrowed our selection down, there was one house in particular that really took our breath away, and that's why we chose this particular home, which was a speculative home built by Southampton Homes.

After viewing several houses, you find so many similarities in the floor plans and finishes, but this home has a truly unique layout. There is a grandeur and elegance about it that you just don't find in other homes.

You can see the special touches and accents that make houses built by Southampton Homes unique and special. We have a beautiful wrought-iron staircase, and the cabinetry in the kitchen is excellent, a much higher grade and quality than you would find in a typical home.

"I began my search for my new home in November of 2002. After living in a custom home for over ten years, there were certain characteristics I was looking for in my new home. Most importantly, I was looking for something of quality, and I found that in Southampton Homes.

I couldn't have been happier to meet Adam and Alex Kliebert [owners of Southampton Homes]. It was amazing to meet two young builders who are so motivated by pleasing their clients. The quality of their work is outstanding — not to mention the amount of attention they each paid to detail. By working with me every step of the way, Adam and Alex made the entire experience extremely easy.

As a prospective buyer, my search began with frustration and hesitation. Within the 610 loop, you find that many builders literally "throw" their homes up, hastily completing their projects at a rapid pace. It takes time and effort to build a quality home, and some of Houston's inner-loop builders simply aren't creating homes of quality.
